Andy our ride leader loading our baggage and computers for the last time

My riding buddies ready for our last ride together

Image

Me with bittersweet feelings about this being our last ride together

Image

This was very appropriate since we needed our second wind after some of the climbing we finished in the past few days

Image

Stopping again in a cafe for coffee and sharing in fellowship

This was a very beautiful Church. If you look at the steeple one can see that there was a substantial amount of money invested in purchasing that attractive steeple top

Brian taking some last minute action riding pictures

I'm practicing again my on bike picture taking skills moving forward

Image

I haven't fallen yet while taking pictures looking backwards and peddling at the same time

Image

I'm trying to get everyone going again after our VERY LAST SAG STOP... We all just wanted to stand around and talk about our ride and all the fun we experienced along the way

Image

Another example of fun yard art on sale

Image

More Yard Art. I will miss stopping and looking at the many yard art sales because it was real fun and to get an appreciation of what skills and the types of tools that are required to make it

Everyone made it to the School prior our Police escort to Portsmouth and the Atlantic Ocean for our wheel dipping

A last picture of everyone who rode across the United States and completed our WONDERFUL TRIP

Charles Robinson our neighbor from Historic Lutherville greeting me at the beach. Martha (Charles wife) is with Cathy (my wife)  taking pictures

Image

Ok, I'm ready to run into the Atlantic - see I have my shoes off

Image

FINALLY the Atlantic Ocean.....  Does anyone have any cleaner for my bike? Salt water isn't good for our bikes wasn't that stated in last nights route rap?

Image

Some of us contemplating going for a swim... It sure is warmer than our start in San Francisco

Image

I'm having one of those bittersweet moments

I just cannot stop handing out the cards about my ride and Fisher House and telling all those who will listen about what a wonderful life experience and all the great services Fisher House provides to our military
